Understand the Project

Your project begins with a complimentary consultation at your home with our founder, Lior Ohayon. Lior walks the property with you and listens to how you live, what you hope to change, your priorities and budget considerations, and the conditions of the site. You leave with a clear sense of whether we are the right fit and how we would approach the work. From there, we outline the next step toward exploring design options.

Explore the Possibilities

Guided by Lior, our design team develops design directions, materials and layouts around what matters to you, with feasibility and construction considerations shaping each option. You review the options with us and see how each one would look, function and come together. Once a direction feels right, we move into the details.

Plan the Details

Our team refines the chosen direction into a defined scope: material selections, specifications and the coordination with engineers, consultants and trades that is required before construction. Where permits apply, we prepare and guide the submission. Review times are set by the permitting agency. You receive a clear picture of the scope and the decisions behind it, so construction begins on a considered foundation.

Build with Care

Our project team, with Lior’s ongoing oversight, manages construction, trades and day-to-day execution with care for your home. We keep you informed as the work progresses and bring questions and decisions to you as they arise, so you always understand what is happening and what comes next.

Review the Finished Work

Lior and your project lead walk through the completed work with you. Together we review every detail, address any applicable final items, and share guidance on caring for your new space. Our relationship continues beyond the final walkthrough.
